Scottish Primary Schools Championships – Draw and Schedule

The Scottish Primary Schools Championships take place this Saturday 3 February at Bathgate Academy and have attracted a great entry of 32 boys and 12 girls from all over the country, including 6 youngsters from Shetland.

Aberdeen’s Kiishi Adekola is favourite to retain the Girl’s Singles title however the Boy’s event looks very competitive with Dean Robertson, Alexander Stepney, James Huang and Jack Li among the top seeds.

The British Primary Championships take place in Jersey from 5 to 7 April 2024 and the top four players in each event will be hoping to qualify to represent Scotland there.

Players should register at the control table and play starts at 10am sharp so please arrive in good time for a practice before the event starts. Good luck to all competitors!
