We are now live with membership renewal for the new 2026/2027 season on JustGo (Competitive Memberships: Seniors, Juniors, Students ;amp Visiting Players). As we continue to develop our use of the features offered by JustGo, we have slightly changed the method of membership in the new season - which will simplify the overall experience for the majority of members (specifically those who play in local leagues) and enhance integration with our Stadium event platform.
We have added a new question to improve tracking for member voting at our AGM. Please also note that there are some additional questions in the membership process that have been mandated by sportscotland. These are currently live for Seniors and Students.
If you have any issues, or are unsure how to go about joining for your particular set of circumstances, then please drop an email to member-systems@tabletennisscotland.co.uk and we will offer specific guidance.
For everyone - read this first
With the exception of some schools and junior events, a full (competitive) Table tennis Scotland membership is required to play any form of competitive table tennis: leagues, veterans events, open competitions and any other tournaments.
Costs for competitive memberships are unchanged from last season:
- £25 for a senior player
- £13 for a student player (evidence of student status must be provided)
- £13 for a junior/cadet/minor player
- Reciprocal membership for visiting players is free on provision of evidence of membership elsewhere
I had a membership to Table Tennis Scotland and setup my access to JustGo last year
- You can ignore the rest of this section, and find the section below that is relevant to you.
I have never had a membership with Table Tennis Scotland
- Create a new account on JustGo
- Now scroll down the headings below and follow the intructions relevant to your situation and desired membership type.
I previously had a membership with Table Tennis Scotland
Please DO NOT just create a new account. In the vast majority of player situations we can match you with your old account (we can match anyone who has had a membership in the last 10 years).
To retrieve your old TTS number, go to JustGo and for your username enter either:
- Your TTS membership number if known, OR
- Your email address
If you received the password reset email, then follow the instructions, create your account and scroll down the headings below to find the intructions relevant to your situation and desired membership type.
If you did not receive the password reset email, check spam/junk folders and finally contact member-systems@tabletennisscotland.co.uk with your current email address and as many details as you can provide for them to try to match you with your old account (name and address would be a good start).
One of the key issues with the old system was the data entry process - which was mainly done by league administrators. As a result, the quality of data over the years diminished significantly. In contrast, the JustGo system is entirely member driven, therefore the quality of data will be significantly higher (in reality, it should be very close to perfect).
As a result of the data quality issues with the old system, we have exported a minimal amount of data for anyone that ever existed in the old system to JustGo. The ONLY data transferred was:
- TTS membership number
- The corresponding email address for that membership number
For Club Administrators
It is recommended to use a laptop or PC to complete the affiliation process. At very least, a tablet device with large screen in landscape orientation. Do not try to use Club Admin features of JustGo with a phone or small mobile device.
Login to your JustGo account, as a Club Administrator you have access to some additional tiles in the menu. In addition to the MEMBER AREA, you will have an additional group of tiles under MY CLUB.
We have tried to match every club in Scotland with a known Club Administrator. If you are a Club Administrator, and do not have a section MY CLUB in the menu, then contact member-systems@tabletennisscotland.co.uk and request this. Provide your JustGo account number and club details in the email.
Clubs can have multiple administrators in JustGo.
If you are a brand new club
Thank you for your interest in affiliating a new Table Tennis Club in Scotland! We are delighted to have you with us. First of all, the Club Secretary MUST have an account on JustGo (no TTS membership currently required, only a JustGo account).
After you have created an account on JustGo, please complete our New Club Setup Request Form. Table Tennis Scotland will then create your club on JustGo, and you can follow instructions below to complete the club affiliation process.
Purchasing club affiliation to Table Tennis Scotland
Look for the light blue tile called CLUB AFFILIATION in the MY CLUB section of the menu. Complete the member journey for your club (providing the requested data as accurately as possible - it is hoped that in future years we can harvest this automatically from JustGo), and checkout with a credit or debit card. Club Affiliation to TTS costs £40.
Club affiliation to Table Tennis Scotland brings a variety of benefits - not least public liability insurance with coverage up to £5M. Details of the policy are automatically emailed to you on purchase of affiliation through JustGo.
Admitting members to your club
As Club Administrator, you will receive emails from the JustGo system stating that a new member has asked to join your club.
Look for the blue tile called MEMBERS under MY CLUB. This shows a list of club members, and as Club Administrator you have read only access to the data entered (including emergency contact details) - click the member's name to see the popup form.
To admit the member to your club, first activate the switch below the FILTERs on the left menu called PENDING APPROVAL. Without this switch activated, you will not be able to approve member requests. Once the switch is active, click the three vertical dots at the far right of the row (now showing pending members), and select APPROVE REQUEST. It is appreciated that this is slightly un-intuitive behaviour - we have provided strong feedback to JustGo, so exdpect this to change in future.
Note that REJECT REQUEST requires a reason, but does not currently work. This has been reported to JustGo, it is fine to leave requests in pending status for now.
JustGo offers some really nice member management facilities for clubs for a small additional fee (look in the menu for the purple tile "JUSTGO SUBSCRIPTION"). Contact member-systems@tabletennisscotland.co.uk if you may be interested in purchasing these facilities for your club. For individual competitive players purchasing TTS membership only
Login to your JustGo account, and purchase membership.
For Lifetime Members
We have slightly changed the process this year. Lifetime Members will need to request that their status is confirmed as part of the membership journey. Once this is done, it lasts for lifetime (obviously) and you will be able to "checkout" with your membership in your basket. This will then allow you to enter events and access all your member benefits as expected.
- Although we recognise your Lifetime Membership status with your credential, we need to go through a renewal process on an annual basis to ensure data held remains current.
For players in Aberdeen League
We have simplified the process this season - instead of purchasing "membership" to ADTTA, we have created a league event. You need to be a member of the ADTTA in JustGo before the league event is available. Follow the steps below, and in the event of any issues, contact member-systems@tabletennisscotland.co.uk
- Login to your JustGo account
- On your profile page (the one that shows when you login), make sure you have a tile for ADTTA. If you do not have this, add it to your profile (you only need to do this once ever to add ADTTA to your JustGo account):
Adding ADTTA to your profile
- Click the button that says "Select Club" in the top right corner
- In the popup window, enter "Aberdeen and District" and click the spyglass icon in the top right corner
- JustGo should respond with "1 Clubs found in map view and 1 clubs in list view". If this is NOT the case, increase the search area to "within 500 miles" and click the spyglass again
- Click the button that says "List", next to the purple button "Map"
- Click the check mark on the right of "Aberdeen and District TTA"
- JustGo will return to your Profile page, and ADTTA will be displayed. It may say "Pending Approval". You can send an email to Brian in the event your membership to ADTTA is not approved quickly.
- If you have not already purchased membership to TTS, click the MEMBERSHIP tab at the top, and add a competitive membership for TTS to your basket. This is required to be able to purchase entry to ADTTA.
- Now click the "EVENTS & COURSES" tab, and look for Aberdeen League. Add a ticket to your basket (price will be adjusted automatically on checkout for players paying reduced entry fees (juniors and students).
- Proceed to checkout, and purchase your entry.

- Click the check mark on the right of "Scottish Veterans"
- JustGo will return to your Profile page, and a Scottish Veterans tile will have been added. It may say "Pending Approval" - this will disappear once approved by an administrator of SVTTA

Add this membership to your basket, and you can either checkout now (for purchase of SVTTA event tickets later) or directly proceed to purchase entry to SVTTA events (instructions below).

You need to be a member of the West of Scotland Club in JustGo before the league event is available. Follow the steps below, and in the event of any issues, contact member-systems@tabletennisscotland.co.uk

For visiting players from home countries and other nations
Reciprocal membership of Table Tennis Scotland is required to play in any sanctioned event in Scotland. It is free to purchase and open only to members of a corresponding national governing body.
Login to your JustGo account.
You need to add a CREDENTIAL to provide evidence of your membership to another national governing body. Look for the CREDENTIALS tab, and click the ADD CREDENTIALS button.
Select "Home Countries or International Player" and upload either a PDF or an image of your membership of your national governing body. It must clearly show your home nation, and the expiry date of your membership.
Click SAVE in the top right corner, and Table Tennis Scotland will approve your visiting player status within a short time. Once approved (you will receive an email), login to JustGo again, Select Competitive Player from the Membership tab and complete the journey for VISITING PLAYER. This will allow you to purchase entry to a competitive event in Scotland.
For everyone else
Please monitor this page, and your email and await release of the revised process for TTS and league membership. Specific instructions for each league will be posted below as they are finalised with local league coordinators.
