European Youth Championships Cluj

At the 61st European Youth championships, held in Cluj, Romania, Scotland was represented in all categories. Junior boys: Calum Morrison, Dylan Curry, Keir Morton and Danny Bajwa. Cadet boys: Martin Johnson and Charlie Morton. Junior girls: Isla Stott, Paula Callaghan and Tessa Yau. Cadet girls: Faye Leggett and Amelia Norbury

The opening groups were tough for all teams all of which fought hard in every game and narrowly missed out winning in some tight exciting games.

The standard of play at the event was immense and the experience for all players was invaluable and it was apparent the improvement over the event in all players.
