Ready to Return Guidelines

Dear Members, Colleagues and Friends,

Following the recent announcement from the Scottish Government that table tennis facilities are able to open from 31 August 2020, Table Tennis Scotland has produced a series of important guidance documents to help everyone involved in our sport plan a safe return to playing table tennis indoors.

These guidelines will be updated as we progress through the different phases of the Scottish Government`s Route Map out of Lockdown. Please check TTS’s official position at tabletennisscotland.co.uk on a regular basis to keep up to date with the latest guidelines.

Please also be aware that recent easing of restrictions does not mean all facilities will open immediately. Facility operators across Scotland will be taking time to consider all the implications of opening premises while ensuring the safety of participants, staff and volunteers. This is a difficult time for everyone so please be patient.

Take time to read and assimilate these important guidelines as our first priority remains the health and wellbeing of our members. Look out for more helpful documents and advice from TTS which will be available soon.

Finally, on behalf of the Board of Table Tennis Scotland, stay safe, stay healthy and we wish you all a safe return to play.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any queries.
